My study, experience and achievements qualify me as an expert in the field of litigation. These are impeccable credentials. No Black lawyer was supposed to be in possession of these credentials. Johnnie Cochran also acquired them. New York decided to illegally disbar me. A pathologist claimed that Johnnie died of natural causes. It worked.
Over the years, thousands of persons have heard me say that all criminal cases are won at least after the opening statements. Lawyers who believe that winning or losing comes from the witness chair will always lose. In law, the early bird gets the worm. When the testimony started, I had already won the case.
Opening statements have not occurred in State v. Zimmerman but it is clear that Zimmerman is the front-runner. To make matters worse, Florida is considering paying Zimmerman's high-priced legal fees and relocating Zimmerman and his wife to a "resort" with full-time security.
There have already been four major legal decisions in State v. Zimmerman. Florida refused to challenge these decisions and the Black community has refused to demand interlocutory appeals. In the meantime, Blacks are patiently waiting for jury deliberations. This may never happen.
May is a critical month for Blacks in State v. Zimmerman. If May is a repetition of April for Blacks, Katie will kiss the bell on June 1. In the meantime, I have outlined three key events for May that will jumpstart a dead battery and resume the Black outrage. Otherwise, the Black battery is headed for the junkyard.
A. May Day is Law Day Darryl Parks, an attorney for the family of Trayvon Martin, heads the National Bar Association. Several thousand Black lawyers are members of the NBA. These lawyers should immediately prepare an on-line petition demanding justice for the pre-meditated murder of Trayvon Martin in either the courts of Florida or the courts of the United States.
State courts throughout the nation celebrate May 1 as Law Day. The Illuminati was also born on May 1, 1776 in Germany. It played a hand in writing the U.S. Constitution in Philadelphia in 1787 in secret proceedings. The Masons were also involved in its draftsmanship. The U.S. Constitution says what it means but it does not mean what it says.
Rev. Al Sharpton is on television or radio or both seven days a week. Rev. Jesse Jackson and Ben Jealous have access to the e-mail addresses of their members. Moreover, each one, teach one should be employed. By next Tuesday, millions of signatures should be on on-line petitions. This is a serious statement for Blacks to make on Law Day. These petitions should be forwarded to President Barack Obama and Gov. Rick Scott of Florida.
B. May 13 - Mother's Day
Black mothers and mothers of goodwill should connect with Ms. Sybrina Fulton on Mother's Day. Preferably, President Barack Obama and the First Lady will host the parents of Trayvon Martin at the White House to give reassurances. This will be a painful day for Ms. Fulton. Since Trayvon's birth, this will be the first year that there will be a disconnect between mother and son.

This day will help relieve other mothers of their pain. There should be a list of all other mothers who are suffering because, in some manner, the system backfired. There should also be an effort to reduce gun violence by demonstrating their consequences.

An advanced seminar on State v. Zimmerman and Media Law will happen on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Cotton Club, 656 West 125th Street in Harlem. Florida law will be emphasized. For more information call 718-834-9034.
There has been an ongoing effort to re-ignite the visions of Medgar Evers and Gil Noble. New members: Fifty dollars for the cost of the five-hour advanced seminar, course materials, breakfast buffet and intense lecture. Current members: Thirty-five Dollars for the same benefits.
By law, all Blacks were involved in the lynching of Emmett Till in 1955 in Money, MS. Kidnapping and murder are public crimes. The law requires the state and not private citizens to investigate and prosecute any wrongdoer. Some states have allowed a private attorney for the family to prosecute the crime(s).
A prosecutor is supposed to be a representative of all the people. When a prosecutor only represents a preferred, racial group, the federal government must take remedial action to avoid a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment. In Emmett Till, the federal government refused to honor its duty to Blacks in Mississippi.
Although Emmett Till was tortured and lynched in 1955 and Trayvon Martin was senselessly murdered in 2012, history is repeating itself despite the presence of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Blacks refuse to exercise political rights. The goal has been to put Black faces in high places. A Black agenda is unimportant.
Florida is doing the same thing in 2012 that Mississippi did in 1955. Because of international pressure, Mississippi could ill-afford to do zero. It staged a kangaroo trial in a state that practiced apartheid. Today, Florida can ill-afford a boycott but a boycott is off the table.
