Note that when WE say resisting that WE'RE not talking about just not allowing self to be cuffed or running & all that.......nah, WE talking about ALL RESISTANCE which would include TALKING! Need I say that once again that Ramsey Orta was jailed yet again? For those who ask, "WHO?", get a FUCKING CLUE! This was the dude who filmed Eric Garner's MURDER!
