So......WE are back and immediately speaking, WE are going to get into how to save MY PEOPLE who never pay Me any attention but hey, it is what it is! In Part I of OUR series here at http://black2afrika.blogspot.com/2017/01/government-tourism-pushes-garifuna-off.html which spoke on the many ways that the GARIFUNAS are LOSING their LANDS, today what I want to do here is explain some ways that this most serious situation can be fixed. WE could actually say that this is a continuation of Operation Save Tito continuation because in that series, I spoke of the many ways that the CULTURE that MUST be UPDATED and IMPROVED could be done but these people need way more help than I could give. Lets get into it!

What I am going to do is put parts of the 1st article in here and then break down what it means to Me and what could be done. All of the bold print will be mine................

The land titles given to the Garifuna communities on the coast of Honduras state that the collective lands cannot be transferred to an outsider, but many Garifuna territories suffer from multiple ownership claims. 

The Garifuna are in a situation where WE are surrounded by those HOSTILE to US as the acknowledged Natives are known as Indios but..........those of you who were reading Operation Save Tito know that my father also known as the DEVIL is not allowing Me and my brothers access to a house that my deceased Mom left for US after she left US in 2015. The government can easily stick their guns in a divided people but if WE were all united this would be impossible.

Jorgensen has partnered with people who were close to the post-military coup administration of Porfirio Lobo and has enjoyed the unconditional support of the authorities of Trujillo Bay to commit a series of abuses in regard to the ownership of the communal lands. “Violence and physical force have been constantly used to threaten the livelihood of the Honduran Garifuna communities.......

So......these same Indios that I started off with have partnered with the euro canadian to get you off of the land that you have been on for 200 years and though some have faced this, it is very few! What the Garifuna need to understand is that WE are on SOVEREIGN LAND and are a NATION and every nation needs a MILITARY FORCE! That canadian is being backed by the Military and as I was born in the u.s, know how the euros are something that most Garifuna know very little about. 

Current President Juan Orlando Hernandez took office with the slogan: “Honduras is open for business.” 

This speaks for itself and so I do not need to say anything more. 

The Barra Vieja community has rights to their land under three provisions:

1. Honduran law provides that after the community lives on the land for 10 years, they have the right to stay. The Garifuna have been on the land for 200 years but are called land invaders.
2. The area is designated as a National Park, and the provision of a National Park designation is the people traditionally using the land have the right to remain on the land.
3. The U.N. Declaration of Indigenous Rights protects them.

1.As Honduras is a so called 3rd World Nation, the LAW there is not very good especially for a MINORITY of the country. 

2. The cases being tried but the case must be tried INTERNATIONALLY and because WE are fighting against the government, these cases must be tried in the new WORLD COURT. 

3. I have said plenty of times that if ALL of the BLACK PEEPO UNITED and ALIGNED itself with the AU as INDIGENOUS MOORS, get REPARATIONS and get LEVERAGE thru something BIGGER because as stated above, the GARIFUNA are ENDANGERED and if GARIFUNA in PERIL did not show you that I CANNOT HELP YOU!

Nevertheless, the government took a large portion of Barra Vieja land and awarded it to developers for the construction of the 60-room Indura Beach and Golf Resort, part of the “Curio Collection” by Hilton. Now they want all the rest of the community land, including access to the beautiful, pristine lagoon. 

On this end, its a MULTINATIONAL CORPORATION taking these lands away! I looked up the word CURUIO and look at what WE found

curio - any unusual article, object of art, etc., valued as a curiosity.

Because the word curiosity was highloghted, I also sought the meaning

curiosity -

the desire to learn or know about anything; inquisitiveness.

a curious, rare, or novel thing.

3.

a strange, curious, or interesting quality.

4.

Archaic. carefulness; fastidiousness.

So which definition fits the Garifuna? You figure it out. 

The government of Honduras is using various means to force the people of Barra Vieja off their land to force the Garifuna off their land, the Honduran government is not providing any basic services that are usually provided to communities. In Barra Vieja, their school was closed and torn down. The community can’t get a teacher for the school they themselves built.

Again, this is the PEREECT REASON the Garifuna MUST form an underground Military or a MAFIA to activate wherever WE may be in just causes like this but WE spend too much time fighting each other over petty jealousness while those who TAKE OUR LAND get rich! This MUST STOP!

The government is putting restrictions on fishing so the community cannot fish in their traditional fishing areas and fishing is their survival. The government is forbidding Barra Vieja residents from cutting forest materials to build their homes.

First, the whole community of 80 people, then the board of directors was legally charged as land invaders. The community won those battles in court, but the Honduran government doesn’t honor those decisions.

The Beast is the dangerous freight train that carries migrants, who jump onto the roof, “on a grueling 1,500-mile journey from the Mexico-Guatemala border to the US. The trip is marked by extortion, violence and sexual assault. Human traffickers who control the route charge an impuesto de guerra (a war tax) to ride the train. Migrants who fail to pay are shot or thrown from La Bestia’s roof.......

ALL SELF EXPLANATORY 

The U.S. “Alliance for Prosperity Plan” is the response to the humanitarian migratory crisis that ushered in an influx of more than 40,000 unaccompanied children from the Northern Triangle (Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador) to the southern border of the U.S. The plan allocates military aid and funds for development to the government of Honduras.

So remember, in the indura hotel it is the hilton hotel chain that is doing all of this and as a result, some of these young children are getting CAUGHT UP in these recent SCANDALS like PEDO and PIZZAGATE. That is if they make it off of the BEAST! 

Readers are asked to call on their Congressional representatives to co-sponsor H.R.5474, the Berta Caceres Human Rights in Honduras Act bill, which prohibits funds from being made available to Honduras for the police and military......

As I am now a SOVEREIGN MAN I would advise against appealing to a GOVERNMENT that would have ENSLAVED you less than 200 years ago for any real help but as donald trump will do things differently I see a change. As well the Cosmos knows that its OUR TIME because if you are reading it from where I am in THOUGHT well then the FUTURE is BRIGHT! Til that time though WE must be VIGILANT!

this is the SPIRIT of a PEOPLE who cannot be DEFEATED as on the side of the CITIZENRY are the PEOPLE UNITED! A friend of mine from near the Barra Vieja told Me that the people there do NOT ACCEPT OUTSIDERS and that this is why they started this there..........to test the collective WILL of the Garifuna. If they can beat the STRONGEST VILLAGES well why not the WEAKER ones like Travesia which is the closest to the PORT CITY and not an hour drive from the airport in San Pedro? It is a SHAME that almost all of the ADULTS I know from here have or are currently having RUNNING FEUDS with at least 1 of their PARENTS since they were CHILDREN and WE will not CHANGE and so as shameful as it is, it is what it is! So to end this all, I just want US to do better as a people and keep what is OURS but for that to happen WE MUST be UNITED as there is no other way! The Garifuna cannot think of just going to the usa......there is a big world out there and WE need to see it all. The Garifuna must MATURE as a WORLD CLASS PEOPLE. Garifuna People have NEVER been ENSLAVED but are ENDANGERED and not UNDERSTANDING who WE really are! The Garifuna are losing the BEST PARTS of OUR CULTURE to INTERNAL SELFISH INTERESTS! Come on, WE MUST do BETTER! Garifuna People must CHANGE!
